Moviesauce technically started as a film festival in 2005. We were young filmmakers in high school and put together a student festival that ended up expanding for two more years before we realized we were spending too much time showing other people​'s movies instead of making our own. These are some of the films we've made since that decision.

These films are all made with volunteer casts and crew, many first timers and/or non-professionals. Several of us are still part of that original group of friends that have been making stuff together since high school. We paid for these out of our own pockets, and produced them about as far from the coastal production hubs as you can get in the continental United States.
